SHOP POLICY

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND POLICIES:

• All sales are FINAL and no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.

- Once an order is placed, the items cannot be changed for any reason.

- We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items as a result of customer error and/or negligence. Please ensure your mailing information is complete and correct before placing your order. We will not issue replacements or refunds due to address errors.

- In the event that a bundle is returned to the sender due to postal service issues or address errors, the shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer for an attempt at redelivery.

- If there are incorrect or missing items in your order, you must provide us with an unboxing video and we will do our best to fix the error.

- P4P items will not be graded. Understand that you may receive an item or items with minor or visible flaws.

• We are not in control of the postal service. Once the package leaves our hands, we do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed mail. Tracking numbers will be provided for every package EXCEPT for orders with only flat/paper items, although tracking may be limited in certain countries.

 

Shipping Time Estimates:

- USA: 5-10 days

- Canada: 3-4 weeks

- INTL: 2-8 weeks, or more

This is a P4P (Pay for Production) project. Buying price includes production cost as well as the cost to cover contributor and mod bundles + shipping. Leftover funds, if any, will be donated to the International Rescue Committee.
